About the Event
Sliding Scale:
If you are paying on a sliding scale, please use the code SlidingScale with the amount you need discounted counting by 5's. For example, if you can pay $45, you will use the code SlidingScale5. The lowest sliding scale rate is $25.
If you have the funds available to you, please consider paying the higher end of the sliding scale. The more people who do so, the more we can offer these spaces to those who do not.

Facilitators:
Ashley Zayas, LCSW (they/she) is a social worker who works from a decolonized lens and focusing in on the ways that systematic oppression impacts our mental health. They have worked in non-profits for almost 8 years and know intimately the difficulties of working in a space that is not supportive and that tries to extract everything they can out of you.
Alex Gonzalez (they/them, we/us) will be co-facilitating the group biweekly. They prioritize healing justice for QT/BIPOC folx. Alex worked in non-profits for 13 years and continues to work through the long-term effects of toxic work environments. Currently, part of their work includes supporting non-profit leaders and staff to identify and dismantle toxic/oppressive work culture.
