WHAT IS THERAPY?

Therapy is the process of self-exploration, the patterns you've established, and the commitment to grow in the areas that no longer serve you. We will look at how systematic oppression and white supremacy play a role in the things going on in your life. 

For couples, this process involves exploring the patterns that have developed in the relationship and the ways in which you both can work better as a team.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is focusing on one goal such as your job/career, financial, entrepreneurial, or education and figuring out ways beyond the hurdles that are preventing you from succeeding in those areas. If there is more than one area you want to improve, we will focus on one at a time.

DO I NEED THERAPY OR COACHING?

We can figure this out together, but first ask yourself what your focus is. Therapy is for self-exploration and Coaching is for specified goals.

HOW LONG IS A THERAPY/COACHING SESSION?

A typical session for an individual is 45 minutes and for a couple, 60 minutes. The amount of time can be adjusted to best suit you and your needs. 

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Sliding scale is a rate offered to people who are unable to pay the full rate. We can discuss the rate that fits in your budget. Click here find my rates and a document to help you decide what you can afford.
