Facilitators

Ashley Zayas, LCSW (they/she) is a social worker who works from a decolonized lens and focusing in on the ways that systematic oppression impacts our mental health. They have worked in non-profits for almost 8 years and know intimately the difficulties of working in a space that is not supportive and that tries to extract everything they can out of you.
Alex Gonzalez (they/them, we/us) will be co-facilitating the group biweekly. They prioritize healing justice for QT/BIPOC folx. Alex worked in non-profits for 13 years and continues to work through the long-term effects of toxic work environments. Currently, part of their work includes supporting non-profit leaders and staff to identify and dismantle toxic/oppressive work culture.
